The Christmas Tree Canyon Road Association was formed by dedicated residents committed to maintaining the scenic and vital roadways of Christmas Tree Canyon in Mora, NM. This volunteer membership group emerged from a shared need to ensure safe and accessible routes throughout the community, especially given the region's challenging terrain and weather conditions.

In the early days of Christmas Tree Canyon, the residents recognized that keeping the roads in good condition was crucial for daily life and emergency access. This group was built on the principles of community involvement and mutual support.

Christmas Tree Canyon Road Association members volunteer their time and resources to maintain and improve the roads.
